S is for Service. The base of s360’s activity is designing services.

 

They use the service design thinking methodology which bases on a service blueprint describing the service’s action in specific service touchpoints. S360 has decided to develop its activity and organize the corporate identity system, refresh the website and prepare a brand book.

We’ve started with diagnosing the current visual identity in terms of its coherence, fitting the target group, and aesthetic reception. What we’ve encountered was a great number of materials created by many people over the years.

Publications

Publications constituted one of the most important elements of the new branding. Offers sent to potential clients, project valuations, reports and summaries of research conducted by s360. Despite their various purposes the publications had to maintain a coherent form and be suitable for both printing as well as digital distribution.

Presentation template

Members of s360 often present their projects in front of a public, so one of the elements of the project  was to prepare presentation templates. We’ve designed more than 50 slides with various  layouts, so that the presenter would be able to communicate clearly with the recipients.

Web design

The final stage of the project was refreshing the website on which we’ve closely cooperated with s360’s UX designers, programmers, and the marketing department. From the technical point of view we wanted it to run smoothly on all devices and meet the WCAG 2.0 norms.

Outcome

What we were able to achieve after six months of working with s360 is a refreshed and unified corporate identity, a new website, 4 types of publication templates ready for printing and digital distribution, more than 50 types of slides for presentations, and most importantly gaining new friends with which we’ve already started working on new projects.
